In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we would like to inform that POLCREATIVE GROUP Sp. z o.o. is responsible for the processing of personal data and that we process it in a safe and lawful manner.

For what purpose and basis are the personal data processed?
Personal data is processed based on Article 6, Paragraph 1(b) of the GDPR to carry out contractual obligations, including communication on current issues, fulfilling obligations arising from signed agreements, preparing offers, and processing orders. Additionally, data may be processed under Article 6, Paragraph 1(c) for tax legislation purposes and other applicable legal regulations.
Data sharing is voluntary however necessary on account of the above-mentioned purposes.
Data Usage for Marketing Purposes.
By providing your personal data, you consent to its use for sending newsletters and marketing emails. You will receive information about our products, services, and prices. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us directly.
Who has access to your personal data?
Personal data may be shared with entities or bodies when necessary for contractual actions. POLCREATIVE GROUP Sp. z o.o. is allowed to transfer personal data to bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, logistic/transport companies, etc.
Are personal data to be transferred to third countries / international organisation?
Your personal data is not to be transferred to third countries / international organisation.
How long personal data is kept?
Your data will be kept if our cooperation arising from signed agreements will be valid and after its expiry as long as possible claims resulting from expired agreement can be placed. Additionally, if you have consented to receive marketing emails, your data will be retained for that purpose until you withdraw your consent or request its deletion.
What are your privacy rights connected with personal data processing?
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have incorrect data corrected or deleted, to limit the processing of your personal data, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to transfer your personal data at any time.
You have right to appeal to a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of data concerning you is in breach of The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Are personal data to be processed in an automated way (including profiling way)?
POLCREATIVE GROUP Sp. z o.o. does not process personal data in an automated way (including profiling way).
