Polcreative Group in a nutshell

2010

After a long career in the funeral industry, Herman van Loon founded Polcreative in 2010. “In a modest 350 m² hall, with just eight team members, we began producing body bags specifically designed for hospitals, funeral homes, and international aid organizations. But our vision was always much larger,” he recalls. “With the invaluable support of our production manager, Tomasz Idzikowski, we successfully established a strong partnership between Belgian management and Polish production, allowing us to grow while maintaining our quality and dedication.”

2012

In 2012, the next generation stepped in: Heidi Van Loon, Herman’s daughter, joined the company, bringing fresh perspectives and energy. Around the same time, Renata Idzikowska, wife of production manager Tomasz, also became part of the team and quickly advanced to the role of Quality Manager, further strengthening our commitment to excellence.

2016

By 2016, Polcreative Group had experienced significant growth, prompting an expansion of our manufacturing operations to a production area of 1,000 m². With this growth, new employees joined our team, enhancing our capabilities. Renata Idzikowska transitioned to the office, where she took charge of both the quality and financial teams. Stefania Szalbierz and Patryk Cichy became valuable additions to the Quality team, helping us uphold and elevate our stringent quality standards.

2020

In 2020, the torch was officially passed from Herman to Heidi, with the support of Tomasz Idzikowski. Under her leadership, the company was rebranded as Polcreative Group. While Herman continues to offer guidance, Heidi has taken the helm to steer the company into its next phase of growth. Additionally, Jolanta Przybyl joined our administration team, ensuring that all client inquiries are handled with care and professionalism.

2023

In 2023, we acquired new land to expand our production and warehouse facilities, marking another step in our continued growth. That same year, Noelia Camacho joined our sales team, providing valuable support and assisting wherever needed.

With over a decade of experience, we have built an outstanding reputation within the funeral industry. Today, with more than 30 employees and a production area exceeding 1,000 m², we are proud to be one of the leading body bag manufacturers in Europe.
